Online Ordering
Q: What payment options are available for online ordering?
A: Currently in most Godfather’s Pizza locations, you can pay by cash or credit card, though it does vary by franchise owner.
Q: How far in advance can I place an online order?
A: You can usually place an order one week in advance, though each store owner sets their own parameters.
Nutritional Menu Information
Q: I’m watching my calories, what options does Godfather’s Pizza offer?
A: Generally, our Veggie Pie, Hawaiian and Cheese pizza are lower calories options. If you use our thin crust, all of our specialty pies have 25% fewer calories.
Q: Do you offer different kinds of crusts?
A: Most of our traditional Godfather’s Pizza locations offer our original crust which is thick and chewy, golden crust which is a buttery-pan style and our thin crust which is light and crispy. Some locations also offer a Mozza-Loaded crust which is our golden crust stuffed with mozzarella cheese. Our express units most often serve the golden crust.
Q: Can I create my own pizza?
A: Absolutely. You simply select the size you want and preferred crust style and then pile it high with the toppings of your choice!
Q: If I still have questions about nutritional or food allergens who should I contact?
A: You can contact someone in our R&D kitchen at 1-800-I-LOVE-GP and ask for our manager of nutrition about your nutritional information question.
Q: Do you offer gluten-free pizzas?
A: Selected locations do offer a gluten-free crust option however it is topped and baked in a kitchen where gluten is present. To check of the location nearest you carries this crust type, give them a call and ask if this is available.
Q: I have a food allergy, is allergen information available?
A: Yes, we have included information on any food allergens associated with our pizzas and side items. These are included with the other nutritional information.
Gift Cards
Q: Can I use Godfather’s Pizza gift cards online?
A: Currently our online ordering system isn’t set up to accept gift cards, but check back soon as we are working toward this solution.
Q: Can I reload my gift card?
A: You can add additional monetary value to an existing gift cards. This can be done at any participating Godfather’s Pizza location.
Q: Does my gift card expire?
A: Gift Cards do not expire.
Q: Where can I purchase gift cards?
A: Not all locations carry the Godfather’s Pizza Gift Card Program. Please call your favorite store for information on whether they honor gift Godfather’s Pizza cards.

Q: Can I find open positions online?
A: While we don’t list open positions on our web site, we do take information from interested applicants and forward them on to the franchisee in that area. You access this form by clicking on “Employment” in the footer.
Donations and Sponsorships
Q: How do I request a pizza donation for my event?
A: Because each Godfather’s Pizza location is individually-owned, you will need to contact the Godfather’s Pizza store nearest to you to determine what their requirements are for accepting donation or sponsorship requests. You can email donations@godfathers.com and we can forward your information on to the appropriate franchise owner.

Q: How do I submit feedback on my restaurant experience?
A: We like to hear back from our customers about their experience at our stores. Navigate to the Contact Us link at the bottom of our website and click on the applicable section Fill out the information and we will forward on to the appropriate Godfather’s Pizza location.

Q: Where can I find media resources?
